By downloading, installing, or using the Golf Pulse app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Golf Pulse is a mobile application that provides live golf tournament scores, leaderboards, home screen widgets, and Live Activity updates for iPhone. The App displays publicly available golf tournament data.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Golf Pulse offers a free tier and a premium "Golf Pulse Pro" upgrade available as:
- Annual Subscription: Auto-renewable subscription billed annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Lifetime Purchase: A one-time, non-consumable purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Pro Features
Golf Pulse Pro includes access to:
- Full leaderboard (beyond the top 5 players)
- Large home screen widget
- Favourite player tracking
- Premium widget themes
- Faster refresh intervals
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Golf Pulse are the intellectual property of Golf Pulse and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Tournament data is sourced from publicly available information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scores and leaderboard data will always be accurate or up to date. Golf score data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or incorrect.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golf Pulse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Apple's Standard EULA
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
